Langfuse
Connect the project that captures your agent traces and sessions.
Before you start
In Langfuse, open the settings for the project you want to connect and copy its public key and secret key. Both keys must come from the same project.
You’ll also need access to the Ollive account where you want to save this connection.
Connection fields
| Field | Requirement | What to enter |
|---|---|---|
| Public key | Required | Your project public key (pk-lf-…). |
| Secret key | Required | The matching project secret key (sk-lf-…). |
| Host | Optional | The address of your Langfuse instance. Only needed for a regional or self-hosted Langfuse. |
Connect Langfuse
Sign in to Ollive and open Integrations. Select Langfuse.
Give the connection a recognizable name, especially if you connect multiple accounts or projects.
Enter the credential fields listed above.
Choose Test connection. Resolve any error, then select Connect to save the connection.
Verify your setup
When the test passes, Ollive can read the project. Check the agents it found. If none appear, make sure the project has recent agent traces, then refresh.
Troubleshooting
- Authentication failed: check the values you entered, that they are for the right account or project, and that the key hasn’t expired or been revoked.
- Access denied: check that the key has permission to read the data Ollive needs.
- Could not reach provider: check any host or server URL you entered. For a private instance, check with your team that Ollive can reach it.
- Rate limited: wait before retrying the test.
Still stuck? Contact support with the provider name and error message. Keep API keys and secrets out of your message.
